Is Disney Magic Still There?

YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT!!!!!

I have had a lot of people ask me if Disney still has Magic. Of course there is still magic….remember it is Disney. There may be things that are β€œdifferent” but it does not mean it takes away the magic. Some of the things that are different you may fall in love with! I absolutely love the new cavalcade parades at Magic Kingdom. What about the space you now get in the lines and not being told to keep moving forward and fill in all the empty space. I mean many of just crammed in like they told us and did not think a thing of it, haha. The new found space is a nice thing while waiting in the heat in a line.

Also, they are doing a great job of opening things back up and getting dining locations back to normal with the number of guest they will seat and the food they are serving. The characters are still coming around at the character dining locations and you can take yourself a selfie or photo with them in the background.

Park hopping is now back, which makes it fun to jump from park to park! As your travel agent I will provide the details for what you need to do before you hop. My family loves to be able to enjoy different parks in the same day. When Hadley was 14 months old and Kaylin 3 we made it to all 4 parks in a day, I still have no idea how we did that, but it was a BLAST! Something we will for sure never forget.

You can still get photos around the park and do not forget to ask for MAGIC in your shots! I absolutely love the photo pass and will not go on a trip without it because you are able to get photos you would not be able to get without it.

Of course the attractions are still AMAZING!!! My dare devil child loves the coasters and would ride them over and over again if she is able.

I know many have been upset that FastPasses have not come back, but there is some good news! Disney announced they are rolling out a new service called Genie to help organize your day and even help you skip out on the long lines.

Genie will be accessible through the existing Disney app and it's a tool meant to "help you reduce time in lines, discover magic around every corner, and take the guesswork out of 'what’s next.'” The itinerary tool will be a totally free option for Disney fans, but if you want to skip lines it will come at a cost.

A new "Lightening Lane" feature will be available through the paid Genie service called Genie+. With Genie+, you can choose the next available time to arrive at Disney attractions instead of waiting in line. At Disney World, this service will cost $15 and at Disneyland it'll go for $20; keep in mind these prices are per person and Lightening Lane can be used across all parks during the day of your visit.

More details and info will come as this rolls out in the fall!!!

Don’t forget all the amazing decorations are still there and the new Boo Bash & Very Merriest After Hours are also happening.

So, YES Disney is still magical! They are always working to make things amazing and I am now booking through 2022!!! I would love to help you book your next Disney vacation!
